Our servicing facilities, which includes Isuzu's tech 2 Euro 3 equipment, a scissor ramp, commercial spec rolling road brake tester, headlamp alignment and an 8 tonne ramp, allow us to offer a range of servicing options for our Isuzu customers, as well as providing general services and repair for other makes of commercial vehicles.

IThe brainchild of our Managing Director ‘care’ is Isuzu’s unique award winning sales and aftersales customer care programme. The programme helped us win the Daily Telegraph/Energis customer service awards and the DTI recognises us as a ‘benchmark company’ in this area and we now often host visits from companies who are looking to improve upon their own service programmes. This unique all encompassing programme firstly ensures that you order the correct specification of vehicle for your operation. Throughout the warranty period our own staff maintain direct contact with you our customer to ascertain that your vehicle is performing as you would expect it to and that our agent is looking after you and your vehicle in a way that only Isuzu can demand. This far-reaching programme is unique certainly within the motor industry and as far as we know in any industry. Although predominantly customer-facing, internally we incentivise all of our agents' service technicians, and their aftersales performance, even at head office all of our meeting agendas begin with ‘care’ it truly is endemic throughout our business. Included in your warranty package is automatic registration with the RAC. Their 1,800 trained technicians are familiar with Isuzu trucks – and has an amazing, industry leading 56.3-minute average call to roll time – 24x7x365.

Parts Support
